I have a request from manager to go back and capture historical snapshot/report of ppm_project tasks related to 4 programs that were overdue as of certain dates (every Friday).
I need to go back and see a snapshot of # of overdue tasks every Friday starting Sept 19 until Nov 21 to see what was overdue for that week.
Snapshot of overdue tasks every Friday from sept 19th-Nov 21st (so 9/26,10/3,10/10,10/17,10/24,10/31,11/7,11/14 & 11/21)
Is it too late to get this information?

Step 1: Create Indicator Source
Report source=? do I need to add something here?
Facts Table= pm_project_task
Calendars = Standard
Valid for frequency= weekly
Conditions=Actual End date is more than 0 hrs after Planned end date
Step 2: Create an Automated Indicator
Indicator Source =one I created in Step1
Type = Count.
set to pick up last 90 days
? several tabs here not sure what to enter
Step 3:Run Data Collector Job -not sure what to run here
