Hide New Demand/New Project Split button on Strategic planning workspace

I want to hide New Demand/New Project split button on strategic planning workspace. Below are the points to follow to see the button.

1. Open Strategic planning workspace.

2. Open an existing Portfolio Plan. If there is no existing plan, then create a new one.

3. After the Portfolio plan is opened, there is a button on top right. (New Demand/New Project)

4. I want to hide that button.
