How a score is calculated in idea management ?

Hi,

I have a requirement where we need to add score field in idea form, by default score field is set to read-only and set default value as '0'.

how is score calculated in idea, please refer to screen shot

Hi @prash4  It updated from idea portal . if you vote up or down based on that it get updated.

There is another query triggering assessment when demand is in screening stage and once survey is completed stage moves to qualify and here a business rule "populate metric results' run's and calculate the metrics. 

here I have a requirement where i need to trigger another assessment in Quality state and once that is done again BR needs to re-run and calculate the metric values.

Screening = state -3 

Qualify = state = -4

how can we achieve this, please help
