Toggle Template Bar does not display the ability to email

Toggle Template Bar does not display the ability to email for demand and project like it does for incident

Go to the dictionary and select the tables you need it activated (use the type 'collection' to get the correct entry and not a field). 

In the 'attributes' field (may need to get the advanced view), you can add (or fill if empty) 'email_client=true' (comma separated from other entries. This activates the 'email client' for the table.
