How activate the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) plugin?

Hi!
 
The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) [https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-it-business-management/page/product/agile-SAFe/concept/SAF...] is new in version London. From the documentation, the activation of the plugin will be through Hi and requires a separate signature.
 
The plugins that - in the corporate instance - are activated through Hi, in the Personal Development Instance are activated through the Developer Portal (Manage> Instance> Action> Activate plugin).
 
I looked for both the above path and the v_plugin table, I did not find SAFe related plugins. I really want to test this application. 😃
 
Has anyone been able to activate the plugin?

It might not be available for personal developer instances. Not all new functions are added in these instances so I assume it's the case.

Right now, It's possible activate SAFe plugin. It's available in the Developer Portal (Manage> Instance> Action> Activate plugin).
