How can I change the order in which the Catalog items appear under Service Catalog -> Can We Help You? The Enhancement and Defects items appear at the top, and I want to move them further down in the list. It doesn't appear to be alphabetical, nor is it in the order the item was added. I don't find an "order" field on the catalog item. I am using Helsinki.

Hi Patricia,
There is an Order field on Catalog Items which can be used to alter the order of items displayed in the Homepage widget, and when you open the Category.
Note that it's not on the Form by default, so you'll need to add it manually in catalog item.

Hi Patricia, Are you talking about service catalog widget? or in catalog Item list? or in the customer Portal?
We have order field in catalog Item list.

Madhusudana, when I go into the Service Catalog, and then I click on "Can We Help You?". The list of items that shows up there.
