How can I create new workstream options for Demand management?

Work stream?   I haven't done Demand in a bit but I've never heard that concept in the Demand domain.

Here is a screenshot of what I am referencing. This is my first time diving into updates for the Demand section of ServiceNow. I have a user requesting that a new option is needed here.

That doesn't look like an OOB field.  It looks like a custom field with a type of choice list.

If you go into Form Design you can click on that field and add more choices to it.
