Hello Vishnu,
You could also create a separate UI Page and can use any of the freely available Org Charts for showing the structure.
e.g. https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/orgchart

Thanks for your reply, but i'm not trying to visualize the structure. Just to keep the structure of users.
For example,
if Financial Manager is initiating a workflow, then it should go to V.P.Administration.
If Peter White is initiating a workflow, then the workflow should go to Documentation Manager .
To keep this flow i'm trying to create a structure..

How about just using the manager field to represent the layer up from the user? Then call the manager field on any approvals.
