Hello Prasanna_Patil,
Thank you for your question!
The Clarity ID in ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 is likely a unique identifier used to track and link Epics between Clarity (a project and portfolio management tool) and ServiceNow. When you create a field for Clarity ID on Epics, it helps in maintaining consistency and traceability across both platforms, ensuring that Epics in ServiceNow can be matched with their corresponding records in Clarity.
This integration is particularly useful for organizations that use both ServiceNow for Agile development and Clarity for portfolio management. It allows teams to have a unified view of work progress, resource allocation, and project status, streamlining the overall project management process.
If you need further assistance with setting up or understanding this integration, Impressico Business Solutions can help. Their experts are experienced in both ServiceNow and Clarity integrations, ensuring seamless project management across your tools.
I hope this clarifies the relationship between Clarity ID and Epics. If this was helpful, please hit like and mark it as helpful!
Best regards.

Clarity is a Microsoft product, so you probably have some kind of integration running?
The ID (probably) makes sure the record is recognized within the integration.

You created a field and are now asking the community how that field is related to a table in your instance? That all depends on why it was created. As I mentioned last week: Clarity is a different software product, so it seems that it is used in integration between Clarity and ServiceNow, probably relating to epics. But you aren't sharing enough information to be sure.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
