We are in the midst of discussions on Demand prioritization so hoping to find this.

If the link is working for anyone else, can you tell me the name of the webinar and maybe I can find it that way on community.

Hi @Learner-in-Prog, I think I faced a similar use case in my experience with Work4flow. Give the below steps a try:

  1. Define your prioritization criteria: Identify the factors that are important for your organization, such as strategic alignment, risk, cost, or resource availability.
  2. Assign weights to each criterion: Determine the relative importance of each criterion by assigning weights to them.
  3. Set up scoring models: Create scoring models that define how demands will be scored against each criterion.
  4. Configure demand prioritization rules: Define rules that automatically calculate the overall priority score for each demand based on the scoring models and weights.
  5. Review and prioritize demands: As new demands are submitted, they will be automatically scored and prioritized based on the configured rules.
  6. Adjust priorities as needed: You can manually adjust the priority of demands if necessary, based on additional factors or stakeholder input.
  7. Monitor and report: Use ServiceNow's reporting and dashboarding capabilities to track and monitor the prioritized demand backlog, ensuring that high-priority demands are being addressed promptly.

Let me know if it doesn't work. I'll be happy to assist.
