How do I create sub-tasks?

I am trying to create sub-tasks under a Project's Task (in Helsinki verion). Wikis reference that the best way to add sub-tasks is the through the Gantt chart feature, which can be accessed via Related Links. I do not see the Gantt Chart option under Related Links. How do I access the Gantt chart feature or is there another way to add sub-tasks?

Use the Planning Console link. Its the new Gantt Chart

If you are on helsinki you should be using the new "Product Documentation" and not wiki. check out link below.

Create a project task
