How do I install Demand Management on my personal Developer instance?

I'm asked to first install PPM Standard plugin first, but I don't see it in the list of Plugins within the portal or from the Manage drop down in my personal developer instance home page.

Right and I showed in the above screenshot that I cannot FIND the PPM Standard plugin.

Search for the PPM Standard plugin within your instance. Now you've searched for the plugin within the developer site.

In your instance:

System Definition > Plugins
PPM Standard [com.snc.financial_planning_pmo]

LOL, and I was just about to right back that OF COURSE I CHECKED THERE!!! and there it was. Thanks for sending me that screenshot. I could have sworn I checked but there it was in plain sight. Appreciate the quick response.
