How do you add an Assignment Group as one of our selections for Incident Tickets?

Just to confirm- you have the group type set appropriately in the group record:

And in the dictionary entry for the 'Assignment Group' for the Incident table, the 'Reference Specification' has the matching type:

Thank you for the posting Tim but yes both of these requirements are correct. The group is set as an Assignment Group in both locations. The issue is this group is not should up in the Lookup List like the other assignment groups are but it should be there.


This is sounding like a ticket with ServiceNow.   Good luck and let us know the resolution.

Try to remove the reference qualifier and see if it is coming up. And make sure the group is active.
