how resource roles are created employee profile

I am setting up new resource management 

how resource roles are created and mapped in employee profile

how employee profiles are related to resource assignment

Hello @JayanthiHCL.,

In Resource Management, Resource Roles are created in the Resource Role [resource_role] table. You can then assign a resource role to a user record, and use the Populate primary resource attributes related link which links directly to their employee profile. 

Example: 

The Employee Profile acts as the bridge between the user and the resource management process.When a Resource Allocation or Resource Assignment is created, it references the Resource record, which in turn points to the Employee/User.
