How to add Compose Email feature

Hi Everyone,

i wanted to use a compose email feature in Project Workspace, si i added the attribute 'email_client=true' in the table pm_project.
Now i'm getting a button for 'compose email' but it's not working, i.e. not responding after clicking:

When i go to the Tab 'details' the  it is clickable but again it is taking me to sys_email_draft table:

it looks entirely different from 'client email'.
How could i possible get into client email page here as i wish to create client email templates.

Hope you have selected type as 'Collection', if yes then log out log in again and see if that works

yup i added on the collection type.
I logged out and logged back in, even flushed cache,still the button is not clickable,
it is clickable in the 'details' tab but it is taking me to sys_email_draft.
