How to automate the Project status report PDF from planning console

Hi All,

Currently Project managers needs to click on Print button to create the PDF manually. is there any way to automate that PDF generation and send it over an email to Project managers as soon as the status report is created ?

Thanks for connecting with community.

Starting Xanadu release, one can automate email project summary and send to the project managers along with the project link at defined cadence. This functionality requires Now Assist.

Step 1: Install Now Assist for Strategic Portfolio Management [check the license entitlement]

Step 2: Activate the "Email Project Summary Skill" from Now Assist Admin -> Overview

Step 3: Select the "Email project summary" option from Project Workspace -> Planning (refer below screenshot)

is it a ServiceNow plugin/ store plugin ?

This is ServiceNow plugin available with SPM Pro Plus license starting Xanadu patch 3.
