Hi, I need to create some trending reports in Service Now that show a quarter to quarter trend up to six quarters. What would be the best way to create such a dynamic report? Is it even possible?
Thank you for all your support on this!

I've never been asked for this before, but I tried to create a simple Quarterly report against Incident based on 'Created' and using 'Quarter' doesn't seem to work at all, no matter how I slice it. This occurs in Jakarta and London. In Jakarta, I do have a Fiscal Calendar defined, but that doesn't seem to help in the least.
Google search offers up nada.

Thanks, that was my concern. It seems the reporting is very static and doesn't allow for quarter breakdown or multiple "periods." I think this would be good for Service-Now to look at because it helps companies to make decisions in how tickets should be handled. Or this can highlight issues.

Dan I looked at this again and I was misreading what i was seeing. The Quarters are working, they just looked like 'Months' due to how they are in the graph.
I think it may be a matter of generating your Fiscal Calendar to get this to work properly. There's pretty extensive documentation on the Docs site about it.
