I am building a Customer Satisfaction Survey that triggers automatically via Flow Designer when a Project record (pm_project) changes to "Closed Complete".
The Requirement:
The requirements document states that the survey form itself needs a Survey Header informational block at the very top. This section needs to dynamically pull and display live data from the specific source project record without manual typing:
- Project Name
- Project Manager's Name
- Date Survey Was Sent
- Response Due Date
We also need the deadline date dynamically injected directly into the introductory text paragraph (e.g., "Please take a few minutes to complete this survey by [Due Date]...").
Does anyone has any idea how to configure this?
