How to modify the content of story card in Sprint board?

I would like to know how we can customize the content of the story card showing up in the sprint board created from with Agile Development 2.0 application.

I found where to do it for the Incident and VTB Task with Visual Task Board (System Ui > Views > vtb) , but not for the sprint board.
