How to Populate checklist items in the Project task Checklist tab using template task template?

Hi All,

I have requirement that need to populate checklist items on the project task form(checklist tab) using project task template and as admin we can able to add item in checklist and delete the item but others can only able to see , create and not delete?

I have created a project task template under project template , but i didn't found any option embed checklist in the template

Please help me to achieve this
