We have worked hard to implement demand process where all new ideas need to flow through. We continue to see "raw projects" or PRJ records created and bypass our demand process. We thought we could easily set security access to prevent that, but it appears the access is part of the project_manager access point, and we cannot take staff out of that, or they can no longer be in the PM field, and use all the cool PPM tools. Anyone else experience this or have ideas for help?
