The client tells me they need these two factors (CPI and SPI). Can someone help me determine if this comes from CAJA or needs to be developed?
Thank you.

Hello @Diana Felipe Ma ,
Thanks for contacting community.
CPI and SPI are the key components of Earned Value Management (EVM).
SPM does not have EVM as out of the box capability.
SPM has a great focus on strategical planning. It is designed to align strategy with execution across portfolios, programs, and projects. It includes modules for demand management, project and portfolio management, resource management, and financial planning.
EVM: SPM supports cost tracking and scheduling, it does not natively calculate EVM metrics like CPI or SPI. These require earned value (EV), planned value (PV), and actual cost (AC) — which are not directly managed in a way that supports standard EVM calculations out of the box.
To implement EVM in ServiceNow SPM, organizations often configure the platform to calculate EV, PV, AC, CPI, and SPI.
Hope this helps. If it answers the query please mark the response as correct.
Thank You!
