Hi @swapna ,

Not sure about an OOTB feature for Budget to Program & Portfolio, however

  1. Navigate to All > Project > Settings > Preferences.
  2. Select Enable project cost rollup.
  3. Click Save.

Result

Rollup values are read-only on forms. Point to the icon beside the field for a tooltip message.

this is regarding roll up of budget in cost plan breakdown the column shows 0 for portfolio/program.

Hi Swapna,

 

Based on my understanding the budgets are allocated at a program level. However there is roll-up of financials from Demand and Project cost plans on the Program form which gives a view about how the program budget is being utilized/used across Demands and Projects.
