wondering if anyone here has ever "split" an ART and looking for information on the sequence of events that need to happen? Unfortunately I couldn't find any documentation on that.
The use case is:
Thus far, all the ARTs we have on the system, have worked under a single portfolio. However, following organizational changes I have an ART consisting of 7 teams, and some of them have been moved in the organizational structure. As a result, they are no longer part of that ART and would now fall under a separate portfolio.
With the new setup, I need to split the ART and realign the data accordingly - that'll be related to realigning epics, features, teams, all under a new ART.
Is there any specific sequence in which the data should be updated? Can anyone advise or share best practices how it should be done to avoid data issues?
