How to sync interaction short description and Description to Request ?

Hi Community,

 

I have a requirement where i need to sync/ carry Interaction short description and description to Request when created from create request UI action in service Operation workspace.

 

Note: Request short description is not global it is from catalog item variable short_description do in mention var or something ? please help!!

Update the UI Action named "Create Request" defined for the interaction table.

Add lines for description and short_description.
