How we can manage hard and Soft Allocation after Migration of ResourcePlans to Resource Assignments

Hello Community

 

My Questions is:

Our Client was using Resource Plans and now they want to migrate Resource Plans to Resource Assignments.
We have question that when they migrate existing resource plans then how they can manage the Hard and Soft Allocations.

Because when we migrate the RP to RA then Resource assignment have 2 stated only Approved and Unapproved.

 

Please help us to understand this.
