I cannot create resource assignment from Technical View

I am trying to create a Resource Assignment directly from the technical view of the sn_plng_att_core_resource_assignment table. I inform some of the data as seen in the first image but when when I click "save", start_date and end_date are deleted and the error message "" is displayed.

What is happening? I cannot find the error, can anybody explain to me what BR or whatever is leading me here?

Business rule 'Validate start end dates of assignments' will validate the task record has valid start and end times within its record. Does your change record have a planned start and planned end date specified?

Thanks for your help Kieran, I was trying to create an assignment outside of the interval (start_date,end_date).
