Idea category on idea record

Trying out the new demand portal and noticed that the categories do not show up on the idea records.  Id like to be able to group these by category and then action them.

Has anyone tried this?

Hi Chris!

I am not entirely sure what you mean here, perhaps you can clarify further.

On the Idea Portal, there is indeed a category selection that will let you group/sort the Idea records.

If you are talking about the records on the Idea form, then no, categories are not stored on the record itself but rather has a Many to Many relationship using the table "im_m2m_idea_category".

You can add the Categories related list to the Idea form.

I already went down those paths and looked up how it works.  I was hoping that I was missing something.
