So, I believe Idea > Demand > Enhancement is the appropriate flow. We are being asked to convert some Demands into SCTASKs for simple work to be completed. We've decided that those should be Enhancements instead.
1. Is this correct?
2. Who works Enhancement ticket types?
3. The Assignment Groups for Enhancement is limited by a reference qualifier and we don't see our typical Assignment Groups that are utilized in INC, SCTASK, etc. Should this stay OOB?
I need as much help as anybody is willing to give to understand this process. If you know of any SN Docs, that would be fabulous because I'm not seeing much in the way of Enhancements specifically. Thank you!

I have a similar question and would appreciate learning the answer to Jennifer's question. Also, to understand, is Enhancement a recommended workflow?

I wish that there was an answer to this question, as since Demand tickets appear to flow naturally to Enhancement tickets as an alternative to a Project. My issue with Enhancement is that out of the box it is pulling no fields from the Demand from which the Enhancement was created. Since none of the work from the Demand appears to be easy to add to the Enhancement record, I am not sure what the system expects the communication to be on that Enhancement record to the person who will do the work. Ideally, it seems that some of the fields from the related Demand Business Case would be easily accessible from the Enhancement record, but it is now. This is disappointing and I would like to find out that I am wrong.
