If holiday fall on weekend, then how to set next weekday as holiday

We have schedule 8-5 weekdays excluding holidays, consider Presidents' Day fall on Sunday, then how to set Monday as holiday in child schedule(US holidays).

You need to add a record for that extra holiday to your schedule manually.
