Install SPM in dev instance

I am relatively new to ServiceNow Development and Configuration and am seeking guidance on enabling the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.

Our management has expressed interest in exploring the capabilities of SPM within ServiceNow, and as part of this initiative, I am tasked with enabling the module in our development instance. However, I'm currently facing challenges in finding clear configuration steps.

SPM comprises of many plugins. You can install the following plugins, try them in your PDI and then in your Dev instance.

PPM Standard (com.snc.financial_planning_pmo)
PPM Standard Multi Currency
Application Portfolio Management (com.snc.apm)
Demand Management
Project Management
Agile Development 2.0
Agile Development - Unified Backlog
Organization Extension (com.snc.organization_extension) plugin
Read only roles for Agile 2.0 (com.snc.agile_read_roles) plugin

You can start with these and for more plugins and exact IDs of the plugins check screenshots below.

In Addition to Anvesh's list you can also install SAFe (very useful and prepackaged solution) and the PPM Performance Analytics related Plugins (very useful for the Dashboards, etc). Hope this helps.
