Instance Post Upgrade Check

Hi All,

I created a request from Service Now for my Dev instance upgrade, Which is done now.
Upgraded from Eureka to Helsinki.
can anyone provide me the checklist which i should be going through after the up gradation??
and also suggestions on what might have broke? What precautions should i take before i update my Prod instance.

I completely agree with rfedoruk on the test plan. There are immense differences between Eureka and Helsinki; tons of new functionality, and improvements on the older components. I would start with getting a good understanding of how GRC works in Helsinki so you can start to understand the differences between Eureka and Helsinki. Then work with you business stake holders to create a test plan. If your GRC team has a regular audit cycle, you'll want to make sure the upgrade and testing will be complete in time for them to conduct their audit activities. We can actually do you one better now.   Whitespace Studios has released its Upgrade Assistant to the general public on ServiceNow Share.
While not a replacement for a good Test Plan and execution, it DOES remove a ton of work involved in checking for skipped updates.   On a single version jump you could have hundreds of skipped updates... some of which are benign and expected, some of which are important to double check.   Upgrade Assist distills the information available post-upgrade and provides suggested actions, plus a means of taking multiple actions at once.

It'll save you thousands in labor for each upgrade.

So I checked the upgrade history and it successful but I have around 291 skipped, do I have to worry about them? this is a first time for me to upgrade.
