Is it possible to change column labels as per user's requirement? These columns may include dot walking as well.

you can create database view and then you can change field values of database view using Language field.

Column labels cannot be changed specially for the report. It requires a global change to be done in the Labels of the fields we are refereing to. This change will be visible on the form also and not just report.

bhaveshumouis right. These labels come from the column labels on the table. There's really no good way to change them just for reporting purposes. Export to Excel and manually change them
