Issue in stakeholder registry in SPM

Hi,

I was trying to add one user in "dmn_stakeholder_register " table there's error populating Error Message - "The stakeholder already exists." 

 

I have checked in the table his entry was not there in that table.

Can anyone help me on this.

I think we are going to need more information. Minimally, I'm thinking a screenshot with the error and perhaps a listing of your current stakeholders registry that include the user and the portfolio. Please be mindful, however, to not share any PII.
