I’m trying to complete the task STRY040104 - Create Demand Assessment Metrics in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) On Demand module, but I’m stuck.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
Problem: The metrics I added under the impersonated user Aileen Mottern are not showing up or being reflected in the assessment.
Steps I’ve tried:
Created the metric
Confirmed it was added to the Metric Category: Strategic Alignment
Verified it appears under Assessment Metric Type: Demand

To resolve this, ensure that:
>> Metric Category Assignment: The metrics are correctly assigned to a metric category with the type set to Demand....
>> Assessable Records: The metric category has associated assessable records. Without these, the assessment instance won't be generated....
>> Assessment Instance Creation: Manually trigger the creation of the assessment instance. This can be done by navigating to the related list on the demand record and using the Assign Assessment button...
>> User Assignment: Ensure that the user Aileen Mottern is assigned to the assessment instance. This is crucial for the metric to be reflected in the assessment.....

It sounds like the assessment instance had already been created when you completed the configuration of the assessment. Have you tried generating a new demand, and triggering the assessment again?
