Triage board, adding sctasks to Backlog, sctask/story was added to an incorrect Backlog.
-went to an agile board, triage
-select multiple sctasks (around 60), added them to Backlog
-all stories ended up in a Backlog in another agile board
The agile board, Triage/Backlog has been working correctly.
-after correcting the wrong Backlog issue, Triage to Backlog is now working correctly
Any reason why this would occur?

Hey Curtis. Is there any chance you had multiple tabs open, and were impersonating a different user in a different tab? That could have led to this.
I'm intrigued that you're embedding service catalog tasks in agile sprints. Typically catalog items would be used to request repeatable, "packaged" services. Development activity, such as might be completed by an Agile Team might be better suited to Demands, so you can assess the merits of doing the work before completing them; asking questions like, does this really give a tangible benefit. On approval, you can then convert that demand to an epic or to an individual story depending on its scale.
Service Catalog tasks are typically better suited to activities that always take a similar duration, like creation of a user account, adding users to groups, installing a particular application, etc.

Hi Curtis, I also wanted to mention that with the Zurich release you can leverage "connected work" to bring any task into Collaborative Work Management and plan in sprints or Kanban. Any SPM user has access to Collaborative Work Management.
