When the project gate changes from Pre-Go to Go, an approval request is correctly sent to the Budget Owner, and they approve it. However, the system is currently triggering email notifications to all stakeholders, which is not expected behavior.
Ideally, for the Go (G0) gate, the email notification should be sent only to the Budget Owner. It's acceptable for notifications to go to all relevant stakeholders when transitioning from Go to G1, but for G0, it should be restricted to just the Budget Owner.
Can anyone advise on how to configure this correctly?
