Issues when installing PPM Standard plugin

Hi all ! 

I'm trying to install PPM Standard plugin + Resource Management Workspace plugin into my PDI instance. 

After installing those plugins I cannot see the Resource Management Workspace and when I try to open SPM Planning Attributes Core plugin it freezes, nothing shows : 

Can someone help me fixing this issue? I was able to install everything on previous PDIs I had.

For some reason, FIRST installing Resource Management Workspace instead of PPM Standard, works fine. Now I can see the Resource Management Workspace available and all other plugins correctly installed.
