Item details sidebar tab is not visible on project workspace

The item details tab is not visible in my client's instance project workspace, it is there on my PDI:
What could be a possible cause for that?

Can you check on any customization?
If nothing is done on that part, check the version differences (both instance and plugin).
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hi @kartikey,
check the plugins in both environments and also data, as some of these tabs might be relevant to specific use cases and for example doesn't display info if something is empty etc...
And last but not least, check the roles of logged in user.

Things to check
1) check workspace plugin version is same
2) check if any customization is done and that's removed, for that check below link and investigate
