We went live with SPM prior to going live with ITSM. ITSM will be going live in less than a month and I am curious about the capabilities when using Change Management, how does the change process feature work with SPM? The only information I see so far is how we can link a change to a project sub task. Can you create a change from SPM? Any assistance I can get would be greatly appreciated.
