We have a requirement that I am working through and hoping someone can provide guidance. We would like to track the duration that a project remains in a particular RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status within PPM. Has anyone developed a method or custom solution for this?
Specifically, I’m interested in:
- How we can set up metrics to capture the time spent in each RAG status.
- Any scripts or workflows used that have been effective.
- Any best practices for reporting and/or visualizing this data.
Any insights or resources would be greatly appreciated!
