Missing status reports & doc templates in Project workspace

Hello

I have the same plugins installed in these 2 instances both xanadu  however im missing doc templates and status reports view in one instance. do I have to turn something else on? 

Appears that the summary-details-Planning-tracking-status report view is gone also so no going to planning workbench

Hi @mborkowski, 

This usually happens when there’s a version mismatch between the plugins in your two instances. I’d suggest: 

  • Go to Application Manager in both instances. 
  • Search for Project Workspace. 
  • Compare the versions side by side. 

If you notice a difference, try either repairing the plugin or, if needed, uninstalling/reinstalling it to bring the instance back in sync. That typically restores the missing views like doc templates, status reports, and the planning workbench.

Hi @mborkowski - can you check your plugins on each of those instances? Sometimes the plug-ins can be different on a family release (xanadu) causing the difference in capabilities.
