Missing time sheets

Hi All,

 

The user is not able to find the users in the time sheet portal.

How to fix this.

We need more info. This just shows that there is no record with that filter. Can you just do a group by on the user and check there? What is the second screenshot? 

Are other users able to see it, or is it just not there? In that case: have you checked the deleted records?
