Hi, I am new to reporting and Dashboards.I Need a report that shows the number and percentage of demands that are delivered late (actual end date > planned end date). I am not sure if this can be done by reporting or Performance Analytics. How this can be achieved?
Thanks and regards,
Neha

Hi @Neha Rani4 ,
If you need a report to calculate percentage on some logic, then performance analytics is needed. Do you have this available in your instance?

Hi @AndersBGS ,Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I do have Performance Analytics in my Instance and I do need to implement a calculation. For Example : Availability(%)=(TotalHours-Allocated hours)/TotalHours*100. Breakdown by Department. How can i implement this calculation?
Thanks and regards,
Neha

Hi @Neha Rani4 ,
In general you will have some automated indicators to capture on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Based on the data capture, you can the utilize a formula indicator to do the calculation. At last you associate this with a widget to show the report in a dashboard.
If you haven't worked with performance analytics before, I would recommend you to take the official training from ServiceNow (currently free of charge), to ensure that you get the correct understanding.
