Need help on Project Change Request in PPM

Hi,

Once the project is created we have a Related list called Project Change Request can anyone please help me the process flow / workflow how it works.

I cant find anything much in the documentation.

when i try to create a new Project Change Request i see it has Approval field that asks for Approval or Rejection etc. As per documentation only user with it_project_manager role can create a PCR then who needs to approve this ?

OOB, there's no approval workflow for this.  You have to build one yourself.

Correct, OOB there is no workflow, we had generate sent when the change request is submitted to the approver group
