Dear All,
We are using Yokohama SPM - Strategic Portfolio Management - and want to use Resource Plans/Resource scheduling
Our users want to be able to add non-human resources e.g. equipment and be able to add them to project plans and do scheduling and cost for the same. These resources will not login to system - they are only resources.
Is this possible to do using SPM module in servicenow?
Note: we found similar feature in FSM but we are not using FSM.

If you repeat questions, it would be good practice to mention what was already told and why that wasn't the answer you were looking for.
Resource mgt is created to manage users (as in: records from the user table) and the 'users' need a role (I'm not sure it it's a paid role, but you need to contact your sales rep to be sure about that).
If you don't have those non-human resources in the user table, you can't use them for the (OOB) Resource Management module. You will need to completely customize the process around it.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
