Need to send email remainder to PM one week before due date of Milestone in Project?

Hi All

Actually I have a requirement that, we have project in that related list we have Milestone, For Project we have multiple milestones, in that we have a due date , So for project end date not complete and state in work in progress, then we have to check milestones due date, if due date within one week we need to send a email reminder to that particular Project manager ?

Please help me to achieve this
