I had watched a video that a ServiceNow employee posted, which mentioned filtering would be available in the New Project Workspace in the Xanadu release. I have upgraded my test instance to Xanadu and I am not seeing this option. I did not see any other configurations needed in the post. For those on Xanadu, have you seen this option?

Nick,
Going to Xanadu is not enough. You need to get the latest store version of the Project Workspace. Version 5.2 will give you the filter. I suspect you still have 5.0 in your instance.

Hi Jeff, we have the latest version, but only admins can use the filter - while our project managers can see the filter icon - they are unable to select a field in the filter editor - it just spins but never allows a field selection.

Same issue here. Search and filtering don't work and we're on the latest version of the workspace 6.1.0

Hi @Community Alums ,
You might have seen my video... as I have posted it.
By the way, as mentioned by @Jeff Currier , you need to update the plugin.
I would also like to share common step that would help you in all the cases.
So when you see a plugin and on the right side, you see 'Update Available'.
In this case -
Login as an admin
From left navigation panel select Plugins
Select the plugin - Project Workspace - On the screen you will see 'Update Available'
Reason of this step - The plugin that has filter capability was released after Xanadu release that is why the previous version of plugin is available on upgrade.
Please upgrade the plugin version.
Hope this helps.
Thank You!
