On Xanadu PDI how do I install Strategic Planning Workspace?

Not sure how to install this on my PDI. I searched the docs, but can't find the applications when I search for them in the Application Manager.

I got the same issue before and my workaround is regenerating PDI. 
I wonder why difference occurs but application store is sometimes not available for PDI.
