only ASAP and StartOn are valid time constraints for a project invalid update

We have a project record that whenever we try to change anything or even save the project we get the following error. Does anyone have any Idea what this means. There are not project tasks under this project. Please advise.

Yes, I looked at it but I do not think this pertains to this because our project currently has no task and it still generates this error. Or even better, when we try to create a task it generate this error.

I found a solution which is to add a Time Constraint field on to the list view and change the Time Constraint field state to one of the above.
